Google+ App on iPhone has been strengthen by Google to make users more friendly with Google+ experience on their Apple device. The app is updated with in-built search and also many other features that were only accessible through website.
On Google+ site, user was allowed to search for friends or pages using search bar on top. Similar search bar has now featured in updated Google+ app.
Just put a user's name or keywords and result will be displayed on your iPhone screen. Google+ iPhone App now is capable of displaying full res images and thus displaying higher resolution images is now possible.

Apart from these visible changes, some bug fixes and improvisations have also been included in update as confirmed by Google. Now users are waiting for resolution fix for iPad where they can utilize full screen for accessing Google+ App. Well, we can expect a update for that soon.
